My top 3 favourite healthy recipes
Smoothie

Ingredients:
Muesli
Frozen berries
Coconut water
Water
Fruit
Chia seeds
Honey
Method:
1. Blend frozen berries, water and coconut water.
Put into a bowl.
2. Add muesli to the bowl.
3. Top with desired fruit, chia seeds and honey.
4. Enjoy!
Simple chicken
and vegetable stir fry
Me and my brother love to make
this for our food prep at the start of the week ~ it's easy and tastes really
good, can always have a different flavour sauce if you don't like soy sauce
though.
Ingredients:
750g chicken
4 heads of broccoli
2 carrots
A bunch of asparagus
A table spoon of water
3 table spoons soy sauce (of however many you like)
1 1/2
tablespoon Other sauce
Method:
1. Slightly brown chicken
2. Throw in vegetables and sauces until cooked to
desired softness
3. Serve with brown rice
4. Enjoy!
Blueberry and
lemon breakfast quinoa
125ml water
250ml milk
60g rice flakes Lemon (optional)
2 table spoons maple syrup
160g blueberries

Method:
1. In a small saucepan, bring the water and half of
the milk to the boil over high heat. Add the quinoa and reduce the heat to low.
2. Remove from the heat and stir through the lemon
zest and maple syrup. Gently fold in three quarters of the blueberries.
3. Pour into serving bowl and top with remaining milk
and blueberries.
